PRIZES
For the 2018 edition, five prizes were awarded by an international jury of audiovisual and fine craft professionals, presided by Barthélémy Toguo. Three prizes were awarded by the public and the students of the FIFMA for Schools. Discover all the winners:
Grand Prize: Tout feu tout flamme by Célia Bertrand
The Grand Prize recognizes an exceptional film.
Heritage Prize: Chartres, la lumière retrouvée by Anne Savalli
The Heritage Prize is given to a film highlighting traditions through the ages and cultures.
Contemporary Prize: Raku Punk by Denis Loulier
The Contemporary Prize is awarded to a film devoted to contemporary creation in fine crafts.
Short Format Prize: Li by Yu Chen
The Short Format Prize rewards a film of 13 minutes or less.
Young Talent Prize: De papier et de plomb by Sandrine Corbeil
The Young Talent Prize is given to a director under 30 years of age.
Public’s Choice Prize:Tout feu tout flamme by Célia Bertrand
The Public’s Choice Prize is awarded by the festival participants, called to give their vote at the end each showing of the films in competition.
THE FIFMA FOR SCHOOLS PRIZES
The FIFMA for Schools organises its own competition and calls on the participating students to vote for their favourite film. Two prizes are given:
Young Audience Prize Primary Schools: Gasoline by Fanny Deschamp & Yasmine Ligaud
Young Audience Prize Secondary/High Schools: Quand le cœur tire au soleil by Loïc Ferton & Virginie Luc
